I saw some hot commercial properties of small sizes in decent locations. I dont want to give away too much details. But some of the prices ranges from 30k sg dollars to 100k sg dollars in malls.
Buy or not??
Those are not the selling price. It's coffee money to take over the joint and you ( or tenant ) continue pay the rent.
