Bali and ATM fees

I am off to Bali soon, and I dont want to run into the trouble I had in Vietnam.
In Vietnam, while it was easy to get money from ATMs, the withdrawl limit was 2M Dong (around $217SGD) but there was a $15sgd associated transaction fee.
Can anyone tell me the withdrawl limits in Bali and expected fees from UOB?
I am trying to balance the cash vs ease of withdrawl. I am traveling with the family so will probably go through more cash than I would like!
Thanks for any info.

I didnt have any issues while using a DBS ATM in Bali.
In one transaction I could withdraw close to a Million Indonesian Currency.
But then again that was 2 yrs back...Dont think things would have changed.

Bali is one of the nicest parts of Vietnam. I'm sure you'll have a lovely time there. Don't worry about money. Just enjoy the girls.

Update: I could withdraw 2.5M Indonesian Rupiah from the ATM, around $350SGD but I havent checked the fees yet.
A word of warning. I found the money exchangers that were off the main road were offering better rates, but that is because they short change people. If you dont look up the spot rate, it is easy to see someone with a good rate and change money there. They count out the money on the counter then bring it together and palm a bit of it. I didnt get burnt but the two times I tried they short changed me so count it out before you leave. When I got back I looked up the spot rate and it was obvious it was a scam, but you shouldnt need to know the rate to not get scammed.
