I tried all the possible places, including all bakery shops in Takashimaya, Canele, Cedele and 1-Caramel. They only have the fancy chocolate, truffle chocolate, mango sensation, black forest, macaroon covered log cake.
Anyone hase seen and can point me to an old-fashioned coffee log cake?

you won't be posting again, then.
I too would like to know what an "old-fashioned coffee log cake" is.

They had chocolate ones in Marks and Spencer today. I haven't seen coffee ones. Chocolate is pretty much the log cake of choice in the UK which is probably why M&S only had the chocolate flavour.
If you can find a shop here which is owned/run by someone from where you're from, you might be able to find a coffee cake.
