Asian Values Revisited

I thought somebody would only date Asian women for all their unique qualities, real or imagine? Yet Asian values are total bull to him? If he meant it's westernised Asian women he's actually interested in, the inevitable question would be why these wannabes instead of the real western lasses?

As you are so fond of asking for evidence and examples on the ST thread, why not give us some statistical evidence to back up what you are saying?  where is the evidence that the "west"is decaying and Asia is not?

Tolerance for the rights of women, freedom of expression in one's personal life and the media, no oager-like elders or social opporbium forcing people to stay in unhappy marriages or have children they do not want, to walk down the street as an interracial couple unmolested by the stares of prejudiced strangers, the right to be gay or straight without social or government condemnation...

...exactly what part of western values do you find decadent?

The real rot is in the east, my friends.
And it took the decadent west to lift the east of the stinkpot poverty created by OSSIFIED, OPPRESSIVE SOCIAL NORMS.

As an economics graduate who studied the Asian tiger economies, particularly Singapore, I was impressed.

I arrived in Asia without any opinion on the question of Asian values. Having seen Asian and western values at work in several countries on both sides of the Pacific, I only have this to say:

smarten up Asia,
or your best and brightest will vote westward with their feet.
