Seven A/C 4Xper year  I pay $450 for reference. Just vacuum and wipe, though.
Cheapest I could find. Another wanted $750 for same work. So shop around.
Ive been using these guys for 2 years.

another rip-off from those aircon companies is to request for 1-2 year contract and of course upfront payment! That's ridiculous, do you pay the bill before eating when you go to a restaurant?
Why give them the cash advance? What happens is you are unhappy with their service?
Once you have signed up (and paid), you will suddently find they are hard to reach, never come at the agreed time or don't have any time slot suitable to your schedule.

I have had a service contract with the same company for the last 4 years and it comes out to 400 for 5 units 4x a year (so $20/unit/service).  They have always been professional and prompt. In fact, they are the ones that call me that it's time for the quarterly servicing (though I also keep track myself when it's due in case they forget - they haven't yet).  Since the units at our place aren't exactly brand new, some of them have needed checking every now and then outside the regular schedule and they never charged me extra unless it involved a chemical wash (just once). Other times was the drip tray clogged or something relatively simple and was covered under the service contract.  We have more units than the 5 stated in our contract and since some are hardly used, I choose which 5 are serviced at the time they come with the most used ones getting a quarterly service and the seldom used ones, every other quarter.
