I am currently living in Dover parkview, which is Dog friendly.  I have started looking at other condos and interested in which condos are dog friendly, and what percentage (roughly) of land lords allow pets.

I have a small dog which makes less mess than the kids Smiley

Thanks.

With your dog and the associated piss and crap that it leaves behind.

A condo is no place for a dog.

Far too often dogs, as permitted by their owners and/or helpers, will urinate and defecate in places used by kids and it's damned disgusting.

Oh, I'm sure you are perfect and that neither you nor your helper would ever allow such a thing.

You'd be in an exclusive group of one.

Seriously, get the hell out of condos with your dog.

dog owners are generally selfish baskets, ignoring the fact that other condo residents don't want the beasts sniffing, yelping, peeing and pooping all over the place.  and given that most condos will have young kids running around, there's always the chance that a small child will do something to upset some mongrel and have their face ripped off

keep dogs out of condos, bloody selfish thing to have them there - dogs need space

can't or won't control their children either and those of us without children have to deal with being run into with skate***, bikes etc.  Unable to enjoy a quiet swim in the pool with children dive bombing in the pool or using water pistols, they leave snacks or soft drinks on the floor which attract ants, so let's not blame everything on dog owners..... for causing problems at a condo.

Apartment living doesn't suit some children either!!!!

that's not the topic, however valid your complaint may be

a condo having noisy kids isn't a reason to allow dogs into the place

hmmm not sure really - I think I'd rather have more dogs and less kids than some of the badly behaved little b@st@rd$ that live at our place.

They've banned dog owners from walking their dogs in the central condo area where the grass is and they have to walk them around the car park now.........I'm going to ask for the same thing for some of the kids who live there too......and maybe some of the adults     Tongue

OP, not sure about dog friendly but you could maybe think about the condos which are situated near the dog exercise parks and/or the beach - if it was walking distance you wouldn't have to worry too much about how the condo itself was with dogs.

Wow, some folks really got their hate-on for dog owners.

I think a better question might be asking if there are any dog unfriendly condos? Dogs are so popular in Singapore that I can't imagine any place that isn't at least tolerant of them. The PP's suggestion to look at the surrounding area also seems like a good one.

I wish they were dog friendly condos. Keep dog owners together in their own mess. Dog owners &  maids do get me annoyed when they dont pick up after. Singapore should have detective plainclothes dog officers to monitor the situation in condos and fine on the Spot!

its really annoying when you have to walk all over dog spit in the lifts. Totally disgusting

Bigger dogs = big pee and dog spit
yuk!
