We are new in Singapore and it is the first time we get involved with the Asian food. I would like to get to know quite a lot about the Asian food and cooking very quick. Maybe best would be to do some cooking lessons. Does anybody know good cooking lessons? Thanks for informations.

Forgot to mention I also have done a class at coriander leaf at Clarke quay which I enjoyed.  There was so much food to eat afterwards, about five courses so you need to go hungry.
