You cannot get it over counter. Prescription is needed.

Thank you for your concern but I haven't 'obviously' had unprotected sex.  I'm happily married to the person concerned and without going into too much detail there are other reasons why a woman may need the morning after pill than because she's had sex with some random stranger.  Pretty much all methods of contraception admit that they are only a certain % successful.
