Can anyone help?
I have just had my PEP approved (via EP olin portal) and now await the in principal letter to arrive through the post.
but i need to take a "completed declaration form" to the collection of the PEP. what is this form and where do i get it??
also- do i need to make an appointment at MOM to collect the PEP as it does not make that clear. with the EP you must make an appointment and collect form the Riverwalk building (near clarke quay) .. but the PEP comes from the main MOM building...
hum. any help would be good!
cheers in advance.

The completed form is the form that will come with the PEP approval letter to your mailing address. It will have all the details on how you should proceed to issue and then later collect the PEP

I'm not the OP, but I applied the Friday before CNY and had the IPA about 7 business days later. Not bad considering I expected a delay from the holiday.

For the reply.
I have an unsolicited IPA from about 4 years ago - wonder if it is still valid :-)
