Singaporean food when it was cooked in LARD!!

Yup - LARD.

In the 70s - Char Kueh Tiow, Oh Luak, Hokkien Mee was cooked using lard.

Now they all use oil and it just ain't the same.

LARD! Yum yum!

I wish they'd bring back Mr Whippy vans - the real ones.

kids who are willing to work in 2-3 jobs to get a deposit on a home instead of freespending while waiting for mum and dad to fall off the perch and hand over the inheritance!
