A LEAKED secret Pentagon plan envisages the US military being capable of pre-emptive strikes anywhere in the world using pilotless aircraft among its armoury of high-tech weapons.

In its first five-year plan since the September 11 terror attacks, the Pentagon says it will concentrate on building pre-emptive capabilities to strike a new breed of enemy by dominating the air.

Don't worry, given the number of left wing, right wing terror groups in the US, i think we'll keep those planes busy bombing ourselves  for a couple of years.

Americans should be far more worried about the initiative to recruit 'domestic spies' like postmen, cable installers, telephone repairmen, etc. to spy in people's homes (don't think that they'll just be looking for terrorist materials!!)  However, regarding the title of the thread 'global police', it would indeed be scary if FBI agents were posted abroad...big brother is america, watch out!!!
