Be positive, see if MOM has to reject any application if an applicant is not suitable then generally they do it in a months time, this is what I have learnt from other expat forums.
So lets be positive and hope for the best.
I believe you should be able to see status online.
You are getting "No record found", did you read the below note when you track the EP status
1. You may wish to login to Employment Pass Online - "Check Status - Application Outcome" for more details if the following conditions occur
- Record is not found
- Record is found to be invalid
Otherwise, you may wish to check the same record again on the next working day.
