Hi,

I just got a new offer and the New consultancy applied for my EP. 2 weeks after submittion of EP application, MOM requested some additional documents like my salary slips, Bank statement, Tax assesment Notice.
After submitting the documents it has been 1 week(3 weeks intotal) and still the status shows as Pending.
Anyone faced the same issue in the recent past ?
How long did it take for you to get the EP approved ?

any helpful information would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Regards,
Nikhil

Hi Sam,
I am in the same situation.
Ep online website still shows the status for my application as 'Pending'.

I too in the same boat , My EP applied last month APR 28 , After 3 weeks it has been rejected from MOM end , I dont know the reason , After my consultant says MOM require some documents related to your profile & Company Offer   for the Appeal Process. After appeal also since 2 weeks still(05-06-2017) in Rejected status only.  I dont think it will get approve or not?
I have 6+ years experience , B.TECH , AGE : 28 , salary offer CTC : 65K .. I had Self assessment test also it shows am eligible for EP.

Anyone can guess it my ep rejected reason?
