Can anyone help me? Any child/family therapist (fluent in English) in SG? I have anxiety/depression and I really need to stop feeling down like right now. Articles provide solutions and I think therapy is the way to ease what I'm going through.

(Some of the articles I read - https://www.betterhelp.com/advice/depression/getting-help-to-stop-feeling-down-all-the-time/

Sometimes our friends or family can't ease the pain we're going through even how much they help us, it is better that you seek professional help in order to be guided accordingly.
