My MNC's office here is about 100 people, all but about ten of whom are either Singaporean or Malaysian Chinese.  Of the remaining 10, a few Indians and Malays and a couple of us white guys. 

One girl in the office got impregnated by the boyfriend of another girl in the office.  The boyfriend doesn't work here, but he is a supplier to our company.  He dumped the first girl and married the knocked up one.

Another office girl (married, no kids) was doing one of the office guys (married, one kid).  The wife of the latter came to the office and made a scene with her.

All of the above people are Singaporean Chinese.

So, my deep and serious moral question is:

How can I use my seniority in the company and my much higher earnings to get some of these little minxes on the side?!

Its easy, just look out for the most attention seeking, skanky, money hungry and ambitious one.

Create opportunities eg arrange for overseas trip. Just make sure your wife (if ur married) doesn't find out and go to the office with a tennis racket looking to beat up the girl

Its simple - just dangle the prospects of more pay, promotions etc to those minxes. As someone posted in another thread, getting sexual favours from your subordinates in return for promotions, bonuses and raises is like banging a hooker and getting the company to agree to pay the bill.
